  Dined here today for lunch. This evening I'm feeling sick and using the bathroom. My daughter the same. Something was not right about the food.
  
  This happened today, 9/19/19.

  they always have no "toppings" even though they still have two hours before they close.
  
  last time no more sour cream
  tonight no lettuce(just cut more some)just get mmmmore lettuce cause apparently youre not closing til 10pm!!
  
  i left the store and i didnt even get a sorry but its okaaay not coming back in this location

  Love this chipotle!  It's always clean when i go there. The staff and service is usually pretty good.  When i come here i either get a steak or chicken bowl.  They always give plenty and a good size serving and the food is always fresh! I've been to some chipotle spots where you can tell the quality is not as good or does not taste as fresh. It's usually always busy and has a long line at lunch but even then it moves pretty steadily.

  I ate here because it was close to base and the movie theater and figured to give it a try. I waited in line for around 30 minutes, which is quite normal for Chipotle. But when I got to the line, I realized that all the food was either almost empty or severely overcooked.
  
  Since I used to work at Chipotle, I understand peak times and how it can get really busy and chaotic. But at the same time, the person on the line is supposed to know when to call for more rice, beans, etc. to be cooked. Chicken and rice take the longest to cook and if you don't call them accordingly, a lot of people are going to be waiting on them.
  
  This was the case when I went here. There was only about a quarter of a scoop of brown rice. The white rice was empty, and all the meat was pretty much gone too. I asked if I could wait for the white rice and instead he rolled his eyes at me and put the quarter of a scoop of brown rice on my bowl. Of course, I was upset but I didn't want to deal with it since I had to be somewhere in about an hour. I ended up getting sofritas (tofu) on my bowl and preceded down the line.
  
  Once at the register, I asked if I could also get a large chips and queso. "Sure!" the lady said. Except she then turned around and realized they were out of chips. She told me it would be about 15 minutes and I said fine. 15 minutes turned into 30...as I sat there with my queso that was now cold and solidifying.
  
  Usually, chips are fried in the morning for the entire day. The fact that they did not have enough shows that either they are very unorganized, have bad management, or are unprepared for the amount of people that come into the restaurant.
  
  I finally got my chips and they were covered in clumps of salt....this is a sign we all used to watch out for. It's a terrible taste! This happens when the person working line (that also frys chips in the morning) fails to wipe out the bowl the chips are dumped into after every batch. All the salt and lime juice stick together and clump up in the bowl. When a new batch is made they get all over the chips.
  
  This location used to be good about a year ago, so I don't know what happened. I will never eat here again until they get new management because the service, wait, and even behavior of the staff was unacceptable.
